"The Constant Gardener"
Saw this film last night. Anything but the chick flick I imagined it to be. A disturbing story strikingly shot with great acting and direction. Go see it.
"NIN/ With Teeth"
Before Hot Topic made anger marketable, Trent Reznor was a genius. His last few albums were boring but "With Teeth" manages to make NIN almost relevant again. Or maybe it's more proof that anything Dave Grohl (on drums) touches turns to gold.
THE GI DIET
I'm not embarrassed to admit I'm recommending a diet. This is working well for me. It's pretty much common sense shit. Low fat, whole wheat carbs, veggies, fruit, lean meats. Don't be a fuckin pig, exercise, vodka over whiskey, amstel over heineken.
